NET Trinitarian Bias

Now I desire to remind you (even though you have been fully informed of these facts once for all) that Jesus, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, later destroyed those who did not believe. (Jude 1:5, NET)

It appears some of the weightier (older) manuscripts have Jesus there, while others have Lord or God. Metzger’s argument is that that reading is far too difficult and was probably an early transcription error. A number of words (Nomina Sacra) were abbreviated, so the difference between Jesus (ΙΣ) and Lord (ΚΣ) is only half a letter.
