Three Distinct Baptisms?

D.S.A. (Blackpool, England) asks some very interesting questions regarding baptism. He writes: Are there three distinct baptisms spoken of in the New Testament viz.:

(1) that of John the Baptist,(2) that of Jesus Christ,and (3) as we know’ it (Romans 6, etc.)?

Were they all valid at the same time? Had Andrew, John’s disciple, to be re-baptised when he became a disciple of Jesus and baptised again after our Lord’s death?
